Small family getaway. All the connections of Green Lake without breaking the bank! Three skillfully crafted, new cabins built in 2018 offering all the conveniences of being on the lake with lake views and abundance of nature and wildlife.
Three wonderfully built cottages new to the Special Properties portfolio. Each cabin offers 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, 2 twins and a pullout. Perfect for the small family escape or a collective group rental. A large shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete each cabin. The homes are located on top of a secluded 12 acre wooded hilltop with a deck offering views of Green Lake. There are fire pits, charcoal grills, table and chairs with each cottage. The cottages are well spaced to avoid the feeling of being on top of each other. There are boat slips available for rent in the bay the cottages overlook as well with area to keep your boat trailer. Great for the weekend fisherman or fishing tournament. The cottages' unique location allow for one to enjoy all the benefits of the Green Lake beautiful 7900 acres of water with a short drive as well as area hiking and biking. The area boasts several golf courses including Lawsonia links and woods courses as well as Tuscumbia Country Club, the states oldest golf course. The Princeton flea market and shops are a short 10 minute drive and the Amish community with its hand crafted artisans about 20 minutes away. ***Watch the attached video!!

This cabin was a great get away while we attended a retreat at the conference center. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. The space to sit outside at night to stargaze was peaceful. It was a bit damp for the firepit, but I'm sure that would have been a great experience as well!

Bring a bike if u have one, quick to get to nearby Green Lake Conference Center, which has hilly, bumpy narrow roads with great views and lots of wildlife.

Douglas's place was perfect for our weekend trip. The cottage is well appointed and sufficiently secluded while also being close to downtown Green Lake, Princeton and the highway. Check in was easy and Douglas was prompt in responding to communication.

A very quiet location. Cabin is nicely built and well maintained, exactly the same as shown in pictures. Access can be a little tricky if arrive during evening since there is a small dirt road to get through.

The place was awesome! Doug was very quick to respond with our questions. Check in was a breeze. We saw some wild turkeys out our backyard porch. The only thing we think needs to be known is there are not curtains or blinds in the main part of the cabin. If you sleep on the fold out couch in the summer it’s very bright by 5:30 in the morning in there. The beds were comfortable and the views were great. We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the porch enjoying nature. We would definitely stay here again!
